The Academic and Administrative Development Centre (AADC) of Adamas University is dedicated to promoting academic and administrative excellence through Faculty Development Programs, Capacity Building Programs, leadership training, interdisciplinary research, workshops, seminars, and collaborative learning initiatives aligned with NEP 2020. The centre aims to enhance professional growth, innovative teaching practices, research culture, and institutional development by creating a dynamic platform for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and academic innovation.
AADC organizes workshops, seminars, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Capacity Building Programs, and collaborative academic activities to strengthen professional skills, encourage innovation and interdisciplinary research, promote academic excellence, and support institutional growth through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and holistic professional development.
